The Outline

AX-115B high accuracy Dc digital Low-ohm meter can measure ultra low resistance from 0.0000mΩ to 1500.0Ω (percentage measurement: 0.5mΩ～1.0000kΩ±50.00％) ultra fast, high accuracy.

Either one of GP-IB, RS-232C or centronics output interface could be equipped as an option.

Furthermore, contact check function is standard equipment: When measure 4 terminals, either one contact failure occurs, outputs judgment signal and contact Error signal all together.
